How does it work?

1. Order your test/s here. If ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) these will be dispatched the same day and should arrive with you the following day*.

2. Register the patients on our easy to use portal – all tests can be delivered to the same address or to multiple addresses. The registered patient must use the test allocated to them.

3. You will receive confirmation when your order is dispatched along with your tracking number.

4. On receipt of the swab kit, the user will need to review the instructions. Once the self-swab process is complete, they should ensure the test is secured and put it into the pre-paid return packaging. All shipping costs are included in the price you pay for the test.

5. The package can then be posted in any of the Royal Mail’s priority post boxes which can be found all over the country. You can find your nearest one here.

6. Providing the package is sent before the last Track 24 collection of the day, the swab should arrive at the lab the following morning*.

7. The swab is then analysed by our trusted team. Your results and a link to download your test certificate will be emailed to the you.

* Please note that all delivery times are dependent on Royal Mail and whilst this has proven to be an efficient way of posting swabs, we cannot guarantee the Royal Mail turn around times. Please consider using our Super Speedy Service if you are concerned about turn around times.
